ALL Crane Rental of Alabama, Theodore, AL is seeking a Crane Operator with an active Lattice Boom Crawler crane certification. This full-time, non-exempt role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a $300 sign-on bonus after 100 days of continuous, successful employment.

Located in Theodore, AL 36582, the position requires operating a Hydraulic Mobile Crane safely, reading lift plans, and maintaining safety compliance. Strong independent work ethic is essential.

Qualifications

• Active lattice boom crawler crane certification (OSHA criteria).
• Rigging experience preferred.
• Crane setup/teardown experience is a plus.
• Ability to read lift plans and operate a computer.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in variable conditions.
