Responsibilities

• Operate various types of cranes on construction sites including mobile, tower and overhead cranes.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times including conducting pre-operational checks and adhering to proper rigging techniques.
• Communicate effectively with team members and follow instructions from site supervisors.
• Perform routine maintenance on cranes to ensure they are in proper working condition.
• Keep accurate records of crane operations and maintenance activities.
• Monitor weather conditions and adjust crane operations accordingly.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
