Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work rotating shift including weekends and holidays.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist maintenance personnel as needed.
• Communicate effectively about potential production issues, concerns, and operational needs.
• Ensure equipment inspection reports are completed each shift.
• Perform daily housekeeping and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Follow safety rules, PPE requirements, and participate in safety programs.
• Troubleshoot routine problems using job knowledge and collaboration with others.
• Provide relief to overhead crane operators when needed.
• Understand start up, shutdown, and emergency procedures.
