Job summary

TNT Crane & Rigging, Inc. is seeking an experienced crane operator to ensure safety, proper crane setup, and load handling while maintaining strict customer focus. The role involves traveling to job sites, training on rigging techniques, and following all state and federal regulations.

You will audit equipment readiness, manage field tickets, and uphold safety and environmental policies on site. The candidate must hold NCCCO LAT, TSS & TLL licenses, have 3+ years of crawler/hydraulic crane

Qualifications

• Current NCCCO LAT, TSS & TLL crane license.
• 3+ years of operating crawler and hydraulic cranes.
• Ability to operate crawler cranes 350 tons - 660+ tons.

Responsibilities

• Review daily job assignments and prepare rigging and equipment.
• Complete Field Ticket and submit to branch.
• Record weekly hours and submit payroll by Monday 10:00 a.m.
• Inspect, maintain, and clean equipment when not on a job.
• Operate signals and communicate with signalers.
• Assist in training safe crane operation.
• Review manuals for crane models regularly.
• Inspect and organize shop/yard; keep area clean.
• Read and apply load charts for safe lifting.
• Program crane computer for proper setup on site.
• Ensure signal person understands hand signals before lift.
• Perform proper rigging techniques for safe lifts.
• Inspect crane, truck, or trailer and file vehicle inspection reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Willing to travel.
