Position Summary

ALL Crane Rental of Georgia, Inc. is seeking a certified Hydraulic Crane Operator with a Class-A CDL for our taxi-fleet. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with a comprehensive benefits package. The position offers a Candidate Sign-On Bonus of $300, payable after 100 days of continuous, successful employment.

Essential Functions

• Operate complex heavy lift equipment safely
• Read lift plans, load charts, and operate a personal computer
• Maintain safety compliance and other regulations
• Prepare documentation of actions taken

Skills and Experience Requirements

• Active certification from an accredited crane testing organization meeting OSHA criteria (e.g., TLL, TSS)
• Valid CDL with an acceptable driving record
• Experience with rigging preferred
• Experience in crane setup and teardown is a plus
• Strong initiative and ability to work independently
• Ability to work safely around moving machinery
• Able to work in conditions with temperature and humidity changes
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
