Job Title: Crane Operator (Certified Crawler)

Position Summary:

ALL Crane Rental of Georgia, Inc. is seeking a certified Crawler Crane Operator to work out of our Phenix City, AL location. Prefer local candidates or those willing to relocate. This is a full-time, non-exempt, Union position.

Essential Functions:

1. Operate complex heavy lift equipment safely.
2. Read lift plans, load charts, and operate a computer.
3. Maintain safety compliance and adhere to regulations.
4. Document actions properly.

Skills and Experience Requirements:

1. Active certification from an accredited crane operator testing organization meeting OSHA criteria.
2. CDL with an acceptable driving record.
3. Experience with rigging.
4. Experience in crane setup and teardown (a plus).
5. Strong initiative; ability to work independently.
6. Ability to work safely around moving machinery.
7. Adaptability to conditions with temperature and humidity changes.
