Job summary

The Prolift Rigging Company is seeking a PLR Crane Operator to provide lifting and hoisting services, including crane setup, pre-operation checks, rigging, and smooth operation. You will ensure safe handling of loads and coordinate with teammates to meet project timelines.

Travel to various job sites is required; the ideal candidate has CDL A/B, OSHA 10, and a strong safety mindset, with the ability to lead by example and maintain equipment readiness.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid CDL Class A or B is required.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred; NCCCO rigging a plus.
• Willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
• Must pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assembles and installs supporting structures, rigging, hoist, and pulling gear.
• Attaches load to rigging and prepares for movement using tools.
• Operates crane and supervises safe hoisting and signaling.
• Inspects equipment, tests rigging for safety, and maintains gear.
• Communicates clearly with team and follows safety procedures.
