Job summary

Emery Sapp & Sons, Inc. seeks an experienced Crane Operator to join our construction teams in Wisconsin. You will operate cranes for complex projects, including pile driving and tandem lifts, ensuring precision and safety in challenging environments.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in crane operation, NCCCO certifications, and strong lift planning, communication, and analytical skills. Night and weekend shifts may be required to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of crane operating experience in heavy construction.
• Proven experience with pile driving, tandem lifts, and critical lifts.
• Must be willing to work nights and weekends as needed.
• NCCCO Certifications required, including LBC, TLL, TSS
• Strong understanding of load charts, rigging, and lift planning
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze project data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement
