Qualifications

• NCCCO or NCCER certification for Lattice Boom Crawler Cranes.
• Ability to operate cranes safely and appropriately.
• A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilités

• Operate multiple crane equipment used in construction.
• Perform daily maintenance and safety checks of the crane.
• Ensure rigging is inspected and meets requirements.
• Completes Standard or Critical Lift form prior to performing required lift.
• Ensures rigging is inspected and meets the requirements to perform the lift.
• Performs daily maintenance and conducts operational safety checks of the crane before and after each use. Reports any issues to the Foreman, Superintendent, or Project Manager.
• Maneuvers crane equipment into loading and unloading positions. Follows signals from loading crew as needed. Checks that the vehicle position is correct and any special loading equipment is properly positioned.
• Ensures a sound understanding of the issues involving ground disturbance.
• Operates crane equipment on public roadways as necessary while maintaining proper awareness of one’s surroundings.
• Performs routine cleaning and maintenance to ensure smooth operation of the crane equipment by cleaning, lubricating, and refilling the crane as necessary.
• Performs other duties or tasks as required based on the company’s needs.
