Job summary

CMC is seeking an entry-level production operator in St. Martinville, LA to support our construction reinforcement operations. You will operate control stations, ensure equipment cleanliness, and help meet production schedules while producing high-quality concrete and wire reinforcements.

Qualifications

1+ year of industry experience.
English language proficiency (Spanish is a plus).
Computer knowledge/skills.

Responsibilities

Operate control station and header cart.
Ensure machine is clean and in good working order.
Ensure quality of materials used in production (concrete, wire reinforcement).
Inspect wire cages / reinforcements.
Supply machine with necessary components to make product.
Meet production schedule numbers.
Produce quality product.
Be able to perform basic trouble shooting on production and concrete batching machinery.
