Worley Group, Inc. in Houston, TX seeks an experienced crane operator to support industrial construction and maintenance projects.

You will operate traveling or stationary overhead cranes to lift, move, and position loads such as machinery and equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency on site. Responsibilities include inspecting crane equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and following written or signaled instructions.

Formación

• Minimum 4 years industrial construction/maintenance industry experience
• Crane operator certification
• Physical requirements: climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting

Responsabilidades

• Observes load hookup and determines safety of load
• Manipulates or depresses crane controls to regulate speed and direction of crane and hoist movement according to written, verbal, or signal instructions
• Cleans and maintains crane and hoisting mechanism
• Inspects crane for defective parts and notifies supervisor of defects or malfunctions
• May attach load to hook or another crane accessory prior to operating crane

Position Summary
