Job summary

PTC Tubular Products LLC is seeking a crane operator for our manufacturing facility. The role involves operating a crane to lift loads under direction, loading and unloading trucks, and moving lifts between mills and finishing areas with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Candidate must demonstrate reliable hand-eye coordination, adherence to safety procedures, and the ability to perform in a high-noise plant setting. Training and PPE compliance are required to maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Reasonable hand-eye coordination required.
• Must operate crane safely following procedures.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, and work in a noisy plant environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate crane to lift loads under direction of floor personnel.
• Load and unload trucks under direction of shipping personnel.
• Move lifts from mills/finishing and stack on the floor safely.
• Remove scrap bundles and hoppers as directed by mill crews.
• Adhere to safety rules and PPE requirements while performing duties.
