Job summary

FlatironDragados in Dallas, TX is seeking a skilled heavy equipment operator to drive and maneuver machinery used in road and structure construction. The role requires meticulous equipment handling to support project crews and ensure safety.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, construction equipment experience, and NCCCO certification for lattice boom crawler cranes; a strong work ethic and commitment to company values are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with construction equipment preferred.
• NCCCO certification for lattice boom crawler crane required.

Responsibilities

• Drive, maneuver, or control heavy machinery used to construct roads and other structures.
• Cleans and maintains equipment, performing basic repairs as necessary.
• Moves levers, pedals, or valves to control equipment and coordinates with crew.
• Coordinates machine actions with crew members using hand or audio signals.
• Maintains knowledge of company values and strategic plan.
• Performs additional assignments per management’s direction.
