A manufacturing company in Chicago is looking for a Crane Operator to facilitate movement of materials for machining and inspection operations. The role requires previous experience with heavy equipment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work various shifts. Compensation starts at $22.20 per hour, with opportunities for increases every six months and additional benefits including a sign-on bonus and medical coverage after 30 days.
The Crane Operator is a member of our Machining Department responsible for operating an overhead crane to facilitate movement of product and materials for machining and inspection operations. Crane Operators in Machining start at $22.20 an hour. with .50 pr hr increases every 6 months until the established top rate of pay is achieved. Some training for this role will be done on 1st shift before employee is transitioned to 2nd or 3rd shift. Additional Paid Relief Days,$1,000 SIGN ON BONUS (Paid in increments throughout the first year of continued employment), and this position is eligible for the Production Incentive Program.
