Job summary

CMC is seeking an entry-level production operator in Cantonment, FL. You will operate production equipment, inspect materials for quality, and help meet daily production targets in a hands-on manufacturing setting.

Role requires 1+ year of industry experience and basic computer skills, with English proficiency; Spanish is a plus. On-site work with opportunities for training and advancement at a Fortune 500 company.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
1+ year of industry experience preferred.
English proficiency; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

Operate control station and header cart.
Ensure machine is clean and in good working order.
Verify quality of materials used in production (concrete, wire reinforcement).
Inspect wire cages and reinforcements.
Supply machine with necessary components to make product.
Meet production schedule targets.
Produce quality product and perform basic troubleshooting on equipment.

What You'll Do

Operate control station and header cart
Ensure machine is clean and is in good working order
Ensure quality of materials used in production (concrete, wire reinforcement)
Inspect wire cages / reinforcements
Supply machine with necessary components to make product
Meet production schedule numbers
Produce quality product
Be able to perform basic trouble shooting on production and concrete batching machinery

What You'll Need

1+ year(s) industry experience
English language proficiency. Spanish is a plus
Computer knowledge / skills

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required
