Job summary

DistributionNOW in Tomball, TX is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance on overhead cranes, hoists, and shop equipment, and to assist the Maintenance supervisor with campus projects.

You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, read manuals and schematics, maintain logs and service reports for OSHA compliance, and coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Proven industrial maintenance experience focusing on overhead crane systems.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic schematics and manuals.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and crane inspection requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on overhead cranes, hoists, and lifting equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems related to cranes and shop machinery.
• Maintain fabrication shop equipment and conduct facility upkeep as needed.
• Keep accurate maintenance logs, inspection records, and service reports for compliance.
