Job summary

ALL Crane Rental of Georgia, Inc. in Austell is seeking a Crane and Heavy Equipment Service Technician & Mechanic. The role involves troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of mobile cranes, heavy tractors, and trailers in a shop setting, with hands-on crane experience highly valued.

You will be expected to read manuals and drawings, document actions, and work independently with minimal supervision. A $300 sign-on bonus is offered after 100 days of continuous employment.

Qualifications

• Must have a strong diesel engine, hydraulic and electrical background.
• Experience with crane assembly and disassembly is highly desired.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
• Experience with Kenworth and Peterbilt trucks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair on mobile cranes, heavy duty semi-tractors, and trailers
• Diagnose, repair, adjust, and modify components as needed
• Reads, understands and interprets operating manuals, parts manuals, blueprints and technical drawings
• Prepare proper documentation of actions taken
• Able to work with diagnostic equipment (i.e. Cummins INSITE) for troubleshooting and repairs
• Maintain conformity to safety requirements and other regulations
• Other duties as assigned
