Job summary

Austin Industrial is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator Crane for our Houston, TX site to operate electric, diesel, gasoline, or steam-powered equipment including cranes up to 120 tons. The role requires 4 years of dirt operating experience and applicable NCCER credentials, TWIC card, and a valid driver\'s license.

Qualifications

• 4 years of dirt operating equipment experience.
• NCCER certification, TWIC card, and valid driver\'s license required.
• Must be able to operate multiple power construction machines (electric, diesel, gas or steam) including crane up to 120 ton.
• Carry deck, Forklift and Crane up to 120 ton experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate power construction equipment to excavate, move, or grade earth and erect structures.
• Move products, equipment, or materials to and from industrial work areas.
• Inspect equipment for defects and notify supervisor of issues.
• Start engines, adjust throttles, and control equipment safely.
• Follow safety procedures and site rules at all times.
