Conti LLC is seeking an experienced Crane & Heavy Equipment Operator to support drilled shaft and foundation operations on projects across multiple locations.

The role requires travel to varied job sites, night shifts, and adherence to safety and OSHA regulations. Union benefits, overtime, and company-paid training are offered as part of the compensation package.

Qualifications

• Experience operating cranes and heavy equipment on civil or foundation projects.

Responsibilities

• Operate cranes in support of drilled shaft installation and heavy lifting operations.
• Operate additional heavy equipment such as excavators, skid steers, backhoes, and water trucks.
• Rig and lift materials safely with ground crews and supervisors.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance.
• Follow lift plans, site safety protocols, and OSHA regulations.
• Work with crew and site supervision; night shifts as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate cranes in support of drilled shaft installation and heavy lifting operations


• Operate additional heavy equipment as needed, including:

• Safely rig and lift materials in coordination with ground crews and supervisors


• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance


• Follow lift plans, site safety protocols, and OSHA regulations


• Work collaboratively with crew members and site supervision


• Perform work during night shifts and in varying weather conditions as required

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven crane and heavy equipment operating experience on civil or foundation projects


• Travel: Willingness to travel regularly for out-of-town work


• Work Environment: Ability to work outdoors year-round and during night shifts


• Teamwork: Strong communication skills and ability to follow direction


• Additional hourly pay for crane certification
