Job summary

A leading crane service provider in Billings is seeking an experienced full-time Mechanic. In this role, you will perform maintenance and repairs on cranes and forklifts, following safety regulations and documenting your work. Candidates should have 3-7 years of related experience and the ability to troubleshoot equipment using schematics. A strong work ethic, good mechanical skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision are essential. Qualifications

• 3-7 years of performing maintenance and repairs on hydraulic cranes.
• Current Texas Department of Public Safety class C Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance on cranes and forklifts.
• Document all maintenance and repairs performed on equipment.
• Supply own tools and maintain a strong work ethic.

Skills

Mechanical and analytical skills

Ability to interpret, read, and write reports in English

Ability to interpret, read, and troubleshoot using schematics

Ability to prioritize, organize work, and meet deadlines

Ability to operate cranes using hand signals

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred

Trade school diploma preferred
