Job summary

Western Pacific Crane & Equipment is seeking skilled Crane Field Technicians to join our team in Hawaii. You will maintain and repair complex crane and heavy equipment with minimal supervision, ensuring safety and reliability in every service call.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems, providing service documentation, and training junior technicians. Travel across the region and occasional overnight stays are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with hydraulic, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining cranes.
• Willingness to travel with some overnights; CDL preferred.
• Factory training on GMK/AT cranes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and repair of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems on cranes and heavy equipment.
• Provide service documentation and communicate progress to customers.
• Train lower level technicians and demonstrate equipment for customer use.
• Maintain and repair Rough Terrain and Crawler Cranes and provide certified inspections.
