Crane 1 Services is seeking experienced Service Technicians to inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair cranes, lifting equipment, and industrial machinery. You will work in the field on overhead, mobile, crawler, and tower cranes, plus related equipment.

The role emphasizes strong electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical troubleshooting skills, safety, and customer service. Benefits start Day 1, with growth opportunities into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience maintaining and repairing cranes, heavy equipment, industrial machinery, or similar electromechanical systems.
• Strong electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and hydraulic diagrams.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for customer service calls.
• Knowledge of OSHA and ANSI safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on cranes, hoists, lifting equipment, and industrial machinery.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot motor controls, VFDs, AC/DC systems, hydraulic pumps, valves, cylinders, and related components.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, hydraulic diagrams, and technical drawings.
• Document equipment conditions and provide repair and safety recommendations to customers.
• Complete service reports and inspection documentation accurately.
• Work safely at heights and in industrial or construction environments.
