Job summary

Lanco Group of Companies is seeking a skilled crane and heavy equipment maintenance technician in the United States. The role involves maintenance and repairs of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems with limited supervision, and includes demonstrating equipment to customers and performing preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities include diagnosing from schematics, documenting work orders, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations to minimize incidents.

Qualifications

• Maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems on a variety of equipment with a high degree of independent judgment.
• Adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations to achieve zero incidents and injuries.
• Ability to work with limited supervision in a highly skilled environment.

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance activities.
• Evaluate and recommend required repairs.
• Provide clear work order documentation and reports when needed.
• Assist in delivering required training to coworkers.
• Special projects or other duties as assigned.
• Maintain and repair Rough Terrain Cranes and Crawler Cranes.
• Provide certified crane inspections.

Essential Functions

• Maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems on a variety of company owned and customer’s equipment while using a high degree of independent judgment.
• Demonstrating of equipment for customer use.
• Use schematics and diagrams to provide repairs on various types of construction equipment
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance activities on equipment.
• Evaluate and make recommendations regarding required repairs.
• Provide clear work order documentation and reports when needed.
• Ensure compliance in all safety, health, and environmental regulations, policies and procedures for a goal of zero incidents and injuries.
• Assist in delivering required training to coworkers.
• Special projects or work as assigned.

Additional Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Rough Terrain Cranes.
• Maintain and repair Crawler Cranes.
• Provide certified crane inspections
