Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required. College degree preferred.
• 3-7 years of industrial dispatching/scheduling duties.
• 3-7 years of crane operations, and proper rigging techniques.
• Mechanical and analytical skills preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret, and determine that an assigned crane can perform the lift by utilizing the manufacturer's load charts.

Responsibilities

• Receives incoming calls from external and internal customers.
• Records the following on the daily schedule: Crane size required for the job task.
• Completes the job ticket with operator/rigging, date/time, customer, location and task description.
• Notes special rigging requirements and invoicing information.
• Coordinates with On-Call personnel regarding schedule conflicts and resources.
• Reviews all scheduled tasks at end of shift and communicates next steps.
