Job description

Crane and Installation Equipment Services Sourcing Manager (m/f/d)
  • Understand, establish, and issue Request for Quotations (RFQ) and negotiate crane, installation, and other construction services (auxiliary means, site facilities, etc.) for wind turbine setup, including commercial terms (price, payment terms & milestones, securities) and operational terms.
  • Establish, evaluate, and select suppliers; develop a qualified supplier base.
  • Develop, implement, and manage purchasing strategies.
  • Monitor sourcing KPIs and analyze budget versus purchased costs.
  • Negotiate, set up, and manage frame purchasing agreements with suppliers.
  • Provide cost estimations for projects during the sales phase.
  • Review bid proposals and negotiate contracts with suppliers.
YOUR PROFILE
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering (mechanical, civil, electrical, renewable energies, or related fields).
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in procurement and supplier negotiations, preferably in the wind or renewable energy sector. Experience in crane and installation services is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in German (C1-C2) and English (C1).
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Spanish language skills are advantageous.
  • Experience in assessing contractual risks and developing risk mitigation strategies.
  • Autonomous and flexible working style.
