Are you a skilled craftsman with experience in remodeling? Do you have a keen eye for detail and take pride in delivering high-quality work? We are looking for a Craftsman with Remodeling Experience to join our team. As a Craftsman, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in various remodeling projects while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for executing remodeling projects from start to finish. From assessing client needs and creating project plans to coordinating materials and executing the project, your craftsmanship and attention to detail will be key to delivering exceptional results. You will work closely with clients to ensure their satisfaction, while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

1. Assess client needs and provide recommendations for remodeling projects.
2. Create project plans that outline timelines, materials, and resources required.
3. Coordinate with clients to approve project plans.
4. Source and coordinate materials, ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
5. Write, present, and sell your own estimates for all projects.
6. Execute remodeling projects, ensuring a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
7. Collaborate with other team members to complete projects within specified timelines.
8. Conduct post-project inspections to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any concerns or issues.

Requirements

1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in remodeling.
2. Proficient in a variety of construction and remodeling techniques.
3. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
5. Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with both clients and team members.
6. Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
7. Ability to operate a range of hand and power tools safely and effectively.
8. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
9. Live within Northern Virginia area (preferably within our service territory).

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour

Service Area: Northern Virginia

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday (1 Saturday a month)
