Zephan Parker | Parker Boot Company is a Houston-based luxury leather goods maker where craftsmanship, heritage, and American artistry meet. Every pair of bespoke boots and custom leather item is handcrafted in-house, using premium leathers or client-provided hides, and supported by a complimentary Lifetime Repair Membership. The company produces a full range of custom belts, wallets, bags, totes, clutches, accessories, hunting gear, bridal and corporate gifts, and made-to-order leather goods. Zephan Parker is seeking a highly capable, detail-oriented individual to join our Houston workshop and train in the production of handcrafted luxury goods.

No prior leatherworking or bootmaking experience is required. We are specifically interested in individuals with the natural aptitude, discipline, and attention to detail required to master a highly specialized craft.

The ideal candidate is someone who:

The Opportunity

The selected candidate will receive hands-on training from experienced craftspeople in our Houston workshop. Over time, you will develop specialized skills used in the creation of bespoke products made individually for our clients.
