Job Details

Location: Maryland (Arnold to Chesapeake Beach, Lothian to Chesapeake Bay, with occasional support in Southern Maryland, Kent Island, and surrounding areas)

Type: Full-time, W-2 position with a flexible schedule, no weekend work

Compensation: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour, with performance bonuses and potential for a company vehicle

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality repairs, improvements, and remodeling across multiple trades
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, team members, and office staff
• Identify and suggest additional work to clients in a helpful, no-pressure manner
• Take ownership of job sites, schedule, and craftsmanship
• Maintain punctuality, trustworthiness, and a solution-oriented approach

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience across at least 6 trades such as carpentry, drywall, electrical, plumbing, tile, flooring, masonry, concrete, windows & doors, siding, etc.
• Comfortable working on ladders up to three stories high
• Professional, reliable, honest, and motivated to deliver quality work
• Strong communication skills with the ability to offer solutions and recommend additional work
