Job summary

KIHOMAC in Layton, Utah is looking for an experienced machinist to perform all phases of part machining. The suitable candidate will review technical data, identify tooling requirements, and be responsible for set-up and machining tasks.

This role requires at least 3 years of professional experience and a preference for an Associate’s Degree in a technical field. Benefits include health care, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in the required task area required.
• Must be a US citizen.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform all phases of part machining including review part technical data.
• Process definition & development of documentation.
• Identify tooling and fixture requirements.
• Perform set-up tasks.
• Rough and finish machining.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education

Associate’s Degree in management or technical/scientific discipline preferred
