D & D Construction LLC is seeking a skilled Handyman/Carpenter to join our Allentown, PA team. You will tackle residential and commercial projects, delivering quality craftsmanship on every job.

Responsibilities include carpentry work, repairs, blueprint interpretation, and client communication. Candidates should be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to lift up to 50 lbs in varying conditions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in carpentry, general construction, or handyman services.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow project plans.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry work including framing, trim, doors, windows, and finish carpentry
• Complete general handyman repairs and maintenance tasks for residential and commercial clients
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and project specifications
• Install cabinetry, flooring, drywall, and other structural or cosmetic components
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with existing structures and recommend solutions
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times
• Communicate professionally with clients, supervisors, and team members on job progress
