Job summary

Renken Remodeling is seeking skilled bathroom installers to join our team. We welcome individual installers and established crews with experience in residential bathroom remodeling, acrylic systems, crushed-marble surfaces, flooring, vanity replacements, and paint.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on remodeling experience, strong measurement and layout skills, reliable transportation, and the ability to work independently from prep through final cleanup while maintaining a professional, clean job

Qualifications

Experience in bathroom remodeling or residential construction required.
Strong measuring, layout, and cutting skills.
Ability to work independently from prep to final cleanup.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Willingness to pass a background check if required.
Ability to lift and carry materials in a residential setting.

Responsibilities

Install acrylic tub and shower systems, surrounds, panels, bases, doors and trim.
Measure, cut, fit and install crushed-marble walls and bathroom components.
Remove and replace flooring including prep, layout, cutting and finishing touches.
Complete vanity swaps with secure mounting and finishing work.
Perform interior painting and touch-up to ensure a pristine look.
Demolish, protect property, manage debris, and keep site clean daily.
Read work orders and verify measurements and materials before starting.
