Renken Remodeling is seeking skilled, dependable Bathroom Installers to join our growing team. We specialize in residential bathroom remodeling, including acrylic bath and shower systems, crushed-marble surfaces, flooring, vanity replacements, and finish painting.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience, strong measuring and layout skills, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. We welcome individual installers and crews, and will consider both independent contractors and established teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in bathroom remodeling or residential construction.
• Hands-on work with acrylic bath/shower systems, crushed-marble products, flooring, vanities, drywall repair, caulking, and painting.

Responsibilities

• Install acrylic tub and shower systems and related trim.
• Measure, cut, fit, and install wall systems and bathroom components.
• Remove and replace flooring; prepare layout and finishing details.
• Install vanities; secure mounting and finishing work.
• Perform interior painting and touch-ups for a finished look.
• Demolish, protect jobsite, and clean up daily.
• Read work orders and verify measurements and materials.
• Identify challenges early and communicate with the production team.
• Maintain professional presence in customers' homes and follow safety procedures.
