Job summary

The Systems Group in El Dorado, AR is seeking a Craft Recruiter for a full-time role. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with a focus on contributing to the company-wide talent strategy across the country.

Responsibilities include candidate communication via calls and social media, prescreening, maintaining applicant data, cert verifications, and building talent pipelines. On-site involvement may be required to support hiring events.

• Updating applicant information, and recording screening/interview notes. Must enter applicant data accurately and efficiently into the recruiting database.
• Verification of applicant certifications
• Network to recruit active and passive candidates for current positions and build talent pipelines for future career opportunities
• Actively involved in the on-site hiring process when necessary

Location: El Dorado, AR

Hours:Full-Time, 40 Hours/Week

The Systems Group is looking for an energetic individual to be our Craft Recruiter. We are looking for someone who can fluently speak English and Spanish. We are also looking for someone who wants to be part of the big picture and contribute to the long-term strategy of our operations across the country.
