Primoris Energy Services is seeking skilled Craft Professionals for a Rayburn project in Sherman, TX. This role involves welding, pipefitting, electrical, instrumentation, and related crafts to support energy infrastructure work.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, operating craft tools, following safety policies, and inspecting workmanship for quality. Pre-employment drug screen and background check are required; ability to work in varying weather and conditions is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven Craft Professional experience in energy or industrial construction.
• Skilled in performing tasks across weld, pipefitting, electrical, instrumentation, etc.
• Able to read blueprints, schematics and construction drawings.
• Certifications or licenses relevant to the craft (e.g., NCCER, AWS).
• Physically capable for weather conditions and demanding environments.
• Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Commitment to safety and drug-free workplace; passes pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized tasks according to craft, e.g., welding or pipefitting.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings.
• Operate and maintain tools, machinery, and craft-specific equipment.
• Adhere to safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Inspect work for quality and compliance with specs.
• Collaborate with team members, supervisors and other trades.
• Identify hazards and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and timely.
• May mentor less experienced personnel.
