This position is a field-based role and will be on site and/or travel daily to job sites.

The Craft Operations Trainer provides overall training for our utility construction operations. The trainer will work with construction teams including Craftsmen and General Foremen. This role involves significant management and supervision responsibilities.

Responsibilities

1. Manage employee training and development, including refresher, technical, supervisor, management, leadership, soft skills, and compliance training.
2. Maintain compliance with safety rules and procedures.
3. Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and standards.
4. Teach craft employees standard procedures and processes.
5. Assist in developing craft training programs.
6. Track training for all craft employees.
7. Maintain up-to-date certifications.

Qualifications

1. Minimum of five years experience in all phases of telecommunication work (Underground, Civil, Aerial).
2. CDL preferred.
3. Ability to travel 60-80% of the time.
