Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 3+ years kitchen leadership in high-volume settings.
• Culinary training preferred.
• Knowledge of craft beer pairings.
• Ability to manage budgets and inventory.
• Passion for guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring efficient and consistent food production.
• Maintain high standards of quality, taste, presentation, and sanitation.
• Manage, train, and motivate kitchen team members, fostering a positive, cooperative environment.
