iLoveToCreate in Fresno is seeking a Crafter and Content Creator to bring our brands to life through original craft projects and authentic, phone-native content. You will develop projects across Tulip, Aleene's, ColorShot, Scribbles, and Puffy, blending maker skills with storytelling.

The role requires comfort appearing on camera for live-selling and video content, a strong aesthetic sense, and the ability to manage multiple projects while staying on brand.

Qualificações

• A genuine passion for making, you craft because you love it.
• Strong aesthetic sensibility with color and composition for a phone screen.
• Comfort creating short-form video content on a phone for social platforms.
• Deep awareness of social trends and the maker community.
• Collaborative and communicative— able to work cross-functionally with creatives, photographers, social teams, and influencers.
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Portfolio or camera roll showing your style (encouraged, not required).

Responsabilidades

• Develop original craft projects across iLoveToCreate's brand portfolio.
• Bring a maker skillset across fabric, paint, color, and mixed media.
• Translate seasonal moments and brand initiatives into tangible projects.
• Collaborate with Creators, Artists, and Photographers to support shoots and campaigns.
• Stay ahead of craft trends relevant to makers and hobbyists.
• Able to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously.
• Concept and capture original, phone-native content for social channels.
• Create on-trend content for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Bring your own voice and aesthetic to content while staying aligned with brand direction.
• Willing to appear on camera for live-selling and video content.
• Partner with Social Media to support broader platform strategy.
• Collaborate with influencers to stay connected to the wider maker community.
