Local Crafts Group is expanding its video content efforts and seeks a part-time videographer to support our Creative team. You will shoot and edit content across multiple crafting brands, bringing your own gear and delivering channel-ready videos tailored to each brand’s tone.

The role is contract-based, based in or around Vancouver, WA, with shoots on location and a fast-paced production calendar. Portfolio is required for application.

Local Crafts Group is expanding our investment in video content, and we're looking for a part-time videographer to help bring our brands to life on screen. This is a new, contract-based role supporting the Creative team as we scale video production across social, paid, and organic marketing channels. You'll work across our family of crafting brands, capturing footage that feels authentic to each one while meeting the pace and volume our marketing calendar demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot video content across Local Crafts Group's brand portfolio for use on social, paid, and organic marketing channels
• Bring your own camera, lighting, audio, and editing gear to every shoot
• Edit raw footage into finished, channel-ready video content using the Adobe Creative Suite
• Collaborate with the Creative team to understand each brand's tone and translate it into visual storytelling
• Manage your own shoot schedule and turnaround times to keep pace with marketing content needs
• Adapt shooting and editing style across multiple brands within the same production cycle
• Own, working camera, lighting, and audio equipment suitable for professional video production
• Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro required; After Effects a plus)
• A portfolio or website showcasing video content is required with your application
• Based in the Portland OR/Vancouver, WA area for shoots
• Comfortable working as an independent contractor, managing your own equipment, schedule, and deliverables
• Experience creating content for ecommerce or retail brands
• Familiarity with the crafting, DIY, or hobbyist space

Location & Working Model

This is a part-time, contract role based in or around Vancouver, WA. Shoots will take place on location across Local Crafts Group's brands, with schedule and cadence set collaboratively with the Creative team based on content needs.
