Job summary

HouseMart is seeking a dynamic facilitator to manage in-store events, craft classes, and demonstrations across our Hawaii locations. The role coordinates monthly calendars, plans fairs and workshops, and trains staff on product knowledge and craft techniques.

You will engage customers, showcase trends, and drive participation in craft activities. Ideal candidates excel in organization, communication, and flexibility, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Organize work to complete assignments, maintain accuracy, pay attention to detail and demonstrate customer service standards.
• Strong mathematical skills
• Ability to work under pressure, demonstrate effective decision-making and sound judgement
• Ability to effectively communicate written and verbally
• Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities
