Job summary

Avion Hospitality is seeking a Barista to prepare and serve beverages and food, upholding high standards of quality and service in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include setting up the bar, stocking supplies, handling cash, and responding promptly to guest requests with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat visits. Qualifications include at least 6 months of Food & Beverage experience; prior barista work is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in a Food and Beverage outlet, including cash handling.
• Preference for prior Barista experience.
• Maintain a professional appearance and dress at all times.

Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages as requested by customers or servers, adhering to standard operating procedures to ensure proper proportions and ingredient control, delivering a consistent product.
• Keep work areas clean and organized to ensure maximum efficiency; set up the bar and back bar following established procedures.
• Respond swiftly to guest requests in a friendly manner, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Perform pre- and post-shift duties, including stocking the service station and making coffee.
