Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• At least 6 months of experience delegating tasks to others.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to store operations.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift operations with craft and heart to ensure a welcoming store.
• Coach and coordinate the tasks of two or more team members.
• Provide quality beverages, food, and customer service per recipes and standards.
