Target is hiring a Starbucks Barista to deliver friendly, on-brand service in a fast-paced store environment. You will prepare handcrafted beverages, maintain food and beverage standards, and assist guests with drive-up and pickup requests.

Qualifications

• Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly.
• Attention to detail and follow a multi-step processes.
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing a fresh and abundant shopping experience during all hours of operations.
• Uphold and maintain the execution of the Food & Beverage Standards.
• Execute food and beverage processes including food deliveries, replenishment, in-stocks routines, data accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing, and organizing.
• Always be aware of current and future promotions within Starbucks.
• Follow all Target and Starbucks routines to deliver a consistent experience for guests while completing tasks efficiently and maintaining food safety.
• Support the Starbucks Drive Up process to ensure digital guest orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Maintain an inviting dining area for guests throughout shift.
