Qualifications

• Excellent wine and spirits knowledge; strong communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of credit card and cash handling; accurate tip-out sheets and billing.
• Food Handler and Alcohol Serving Certifications (if applicable).
• Flexible schedule; evenings, weekends and holidays when needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests; promptly serve food and beverages.
• Pour drinks to specifications; process orders in POS with accuracy.
• Serve food and drinks; assist servers with orders.
• Notify a manager if a guest is intoxicated or rude to others.
• Unpack deliveries; stock the bar; maintain cleanliness.
• Follow uniform and grooming specifications; coordinate with staff.
