Responsibilities

• Complete knowledge of beverage items and daily specials.
• Meet service sequence requirements for Beverage Specialist and Lounge Serving Team.
• Provide food service at a high level as dining room staff.
• Comply with alcohol laws and enforce procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar.
• Build cocktails to exact specifications with showmanship.
• Upsell food and beverages to enhance guest experience.
• Handle cash settlement of bar checks per policies.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as directed by supervisor/manager.
