The Pulpo Group in Downtown Ann Arbor is seeking a Bartender to deliver exceptional guest experiences at the bar with a focus on craft cocktails. You will educate staff on our beverages and lead by example in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of bar experience, memorize recipes precisely, and maintain high standards while coordinating with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of craft cocktail bar experience.
• Memorize exact recipes and portioning of ingredients.
• Ability to execute in a high-volume atmosphere.
• Take direction and work well in a team.
• Unwilling to compromise on standards or shortcuts.
• Consistent performance and reliability.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and create a welcoming bar experience.
• Guide guests through beverage offerings with confidence.
• Prepare and deliver cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Maintain knowledge of the beverage program and develop it over time.
• Coordinate bar service with staff to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain cleanliness and stocking of the bar throughout service.
• Communicate guest needs and operational issues to management.
• Follow health and safety regulations and company procedures.
• Participate in pre-shift meetings and trainings.
