DUSK BAR at DRIFT SANTA BARBARA is a cocktail bar in the heart of downtown Santa Barbara serving thoughtfully made drinks, wine, beer, and food in a laid-back, design-forward space. We're looking for someone who can bring personality to the bar, connect with guests, and still crush service when the room gets busy.

The successful candidate will have solid craft cocktail and spirits knowledge, be fast, organized and clean, and comfortable talking to strangers to build regulars.

Qualifications

• Solid craft cocktail and spirits knowledge.
• Fast, organized, clean, and dependable.
• Comfortable talking to strangers and building regulars.
• Team player who runs food, clears glasses, stocks, cleans, and jumps in wherever needed.
• Able to have fun at work without losing sight of the work.
• RBS + Food Handler certifications.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests with a curated drinks menu and cocktails.
• Maintain a clean and stocked bar; respond quickly during busy periods.
• Engage with guests to build regulars and ensure guest satisfaction.
