Job summary

Paloma - the newest dining and beverage destination at Laredo Country Club - is seeking a skilled Bartender to craft classic and innovative cocktails while delivering polished hospitality to members and guests.

You will stock, prep, and maintain a clean bar, follow recipes, and collaborate with servers and leadership to ensure smooth service. TABC and Texas Food Handler certifications are required, and you must be of legal drinking age with a valid ID.

Qualifications

• Valid TABC Certification required.
• Valid Texas Food Handler Certification required.
• Must be of legal age to prepare and serve alcoholic beverages.
• Valid driver's license or ID.

Responsibilities

• Craft classic and innovative cocktails according to approved recipes.
• Provide friendly, welcoming hospitality to members and guests.
• Greet guests and thank them as they leave, serving drinks at the bar and to lounge tables when needed.
• Inspect, stock, and maintain a clean, sanitary bar environment; label and store food items properly.
• Collaborate with servers and leadership to maintain smooth service.
