Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of craft or high-volume cocktail experience.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and modern techniques.
• Excellent communication and a calm, confident presence behind the bar.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Food handler's and alcohol service certifications or able to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality cocktails with consistency, efficiency, and attention to detail.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations and educate guests on spirits, cocktails, and menu offerings.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar at all times.
• Collaborate with the bar team on prep, seasonal menus, and infusions.
• Uphold service standards while creating a welcoming and elevated guest experience.
• Handle transactions and follow all alcohol service laws and safety procedures.
