Responsibilities

• Know beverage line, recipes, and prices.
• Maintain stock of beverages and bar supplies.
• Operate Micros POS and process payments accurately.
• Follow liquor regulations and TIPS guidelines.
• Keep bar clean, glassware stocked, and par levels.
• Cross-train and assist with openings/closings.
• Report hazards and maintain safety.
