Job summary

Craft Distillery and Brewery is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. You will craft high-quality cocktails using our premium house-made spirits, beers, and mixers, and deliver an engaging guest experience.

Provide warm, knowledgeable service, answer questions about our products, maintain a clean bar, manage cash and transactions, and collaborate with the distillery and brewery crew to stay current with seasonal offerings. NO Late Nights; bar closes by 10pm weekends and 9pm on weeknights.

Qualifications

• Previous bartender experience in craft distillery or upscale bar preferred.
• Knowledge of craft cocktails, spirits, and beers.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve craft cocktails using house-made spirits, beers, and mixers.
• Provide exceptional customer service and recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• Collaborate with the distillery and brewery teams on offerings.
• Attend trainings and tastings to expand knowledge.
• Handle cash and transactions accurately.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist in inventory management.
• Participate in staff meetings and teamwork.
